Cannot log on. Had to go to the website and still had to reset my password twice. You can't login with your email address. You have to login with your login ID that you create, but the app wants your email and that doesn't work. This would be very convenient if it worked.

If you are a borrower with a loan from UWM, you have the option to make your mortgage payments via our My UWM Loan mobile app.

Terrible app, Terrible company. I could not login to the app despite being able to login to the website. Transfered 5x to different customer service reps who promised that they were sending me to tech support. Half of them could not find my loan. Had to call back three time. I'm on hold as I write this. Don't deal with this company if you have a choice.

Not for managing personal Uwm loans. I was advertised to download this app to manage my mortgage payments, but after finding I cannot log in - i realized this is a for mortgage brokers 🤦♀️. I love UWM as a mortgage company, and their website is fantastic to navigate through and use. I wish they made an app for customers.
