A WIFI , 3G or Edge connection is required

*you can report a leak without needing your account number

The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

I love this app and is very straight forward, no faffing and you can see everything that you need too. I dont understand the guys complaint a few comments down, you can see what your bill is for the year, when your last payment was and WHAT DATE your next payment is due so if you have a direct debit set up then where it states NEXT PAYMENT it also displays along with it the amount and date!!! Think you are being a bit dense if you cant see that! I have a direct debit set up and its easy to see!

App is set out well, however it's a bit out-dated. It doesn't give an option to save payment details. It also shows the total amount due and monthly amount due but there are only two pay options, pay full amount or pay other amount. If you select pay other amount you have to remember the monthly amount as it is not there as an option. This is not very helpful, especially for the elderly.

I want to be able to see easily how much my balance, payments and usage change each month. A graph of balance at the end of each month, alongside what payments are made and usage used in the month would be perfect. The bills are just confusing and full of interesting but unnecessary detail when all I want to understand is why my bills jump from £50 a month to £20 a month and back again every year or so
