If you're experiencing a problem with your water supply, the app will help you to check for any known issues with your water, or report a problem to us anytime, anywhere. These include:

Requirements
You must have a United Utilities account number to register for the app.*
If you are a new customer, please search online for ‘United Utilities New Customer’ to sign up for a new account.
*You can still Report a problem and check Issues with your water without an account number.

very little functionality and the functionality that is available is difficult to use. there should be much more focus on usage and usage trends to encourage & enable water saving. Even the limited historic usage data is not readily available let alone clearly displayed e.g. a graph. There is a graph on the website but 1) the website is less user friendly than the app! 2) the graph is particularly poor, limited to the current year & last, so small the month cannot be seen, no trend analysis. et

this app' dose need a bit of work, first of all there is a read thing on the application this tells me that there a note I need to read, but after read this note I should then delete if I wish to but there isn't anything to delete after you read the note, the 2nd thing that I have noticed in one notice it gives me a reading of my account and how much I owe 3 times..this shouldn't be it should be what I owe and what I have paid.. nothing more or less.

Cannot make payments on this app as there is supposedly a pop up window to add your card details. This is not convenient for me to pay on the website.

We’ve made a small but important update to help keep your account secure. PINs with repeating digits (like 111111) or simple patterns (like 123456) can no longer be used. If your current PIN is easy to guess, you’ll be encouraged to update it next time you log in.
