3. How do I log in to the app?
To log in, first create your employee extension. Then use your extension’s login credentials to sign in. (Note: your admin login created at signup will not work in the app.)


4. How do I ensure high call quality?
For the best experience, use a strong Wi-Fi connection. If Wi-Fi isn’t available, the app uses your cellular data. Like all VoIP apps, weak Wi-Fi or poor data signal can affect call quality.


5. Is the Unitel Voice Office app free?
Yes. The app is included free with all Unitel Voice Office plans.


6. Do I have to use the Unitel Voice Office mobile app?
No. The Unitel Voice Office plan also allows you to connect IP phones (physical desk phones) and softphones (computer-based phones) so business conversations can flow across your desktop and mobile devices.
