Fairly easy to use though some fields need adjustment. My issue was functional, not reclining, but I had to enter a material of the issue with no instruction what they wanted if it was just not working. Maybe add a selection for that type of situation.

Wow, this app could not be more intuitive. Super easy to use, quickly found our account, and submitted our claim. I have worked in IT representing digital products, and I can only hope our products look and work this well.

This was a straight forward process but I will say selecting the type of problem was confusing at first. There are so many different reasons in there to choose from. Make sure you are selecting the correct one for your own issue.
