Ratings and reviews

Seconding others are saying - I keep getting stuck on the login screen. I enter the correct details, correct username and password (even tried incorrect ones to verify that wasn't the issue) and it just loops back around to login. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing my cache. Tried switching networks... Nothing works. I rated it 2 stars because once you do get into it, it's actually pretty decent. But if we can't use it, it's pointless.

I can only log in very randomly if I'm lucky. most times of the day I will be stuck on loading on both app and web, and none of the FAQs mention it at all. "help with logging in" is just how to get your details. Edit: I've tried everything the replies in reviews have said to try and nothing changes, but clearly a lot of people experience the same issue. Doesn't work for me on several devices, app, browser, cache clear, turn off, uninstall etc

Can't even open the app, doesn't get past the loading screen, almost convinced the app is just an image of the logo at this point. I can't ask for maintenance as a result. I've tried clearing both cache and storage, and uninstalled and reinstalled this to no avail. Please fix this.
