Unitify is the resident app and resident portal for community associations, HOAs, condo and owners associations, strata buildings and co-ops. The intercom, HOA dues and maintenance requests now live in one place: your phone.

What you can do in the app:
• See who is at the door and open it from your phone with the intercom.
• Pay building bills by card in a few taps, and set up autopayment.
• Report a problem and track it: Accepted, In progress, Done. Add photos of a leak, a broken elevator or a mistake in your bill.
• Get building updates and notifications about outages, planned work and meetings.
• Send meter readings in a minute, with a built-in flashlight for dark corners.
• Order services such as cleaning and plumbing.
• Use mini-apps: guest passes, cameras, voting and booking.

How to start
Sign up with your phone number and add your apartment. The set of services depends on your management company.

Languages
The app interface is available in English, Russian, German, French, Latvian, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Georgian and Uzbek.

Developers and management companies connect Unitify to their new residential communities, so residents get one app for the building from move-in day.
