About this app

Unitify Master is the work app for technicians and maintenance staff at community association management companies, HOAs and condo associations that run their buildings on Unitify.

Today
• Switch to "On shift" and see your next task: address, unit and description.
• Route opens the address in your map app, Call dials the client, Chat opens the ticket conversation.
• Start task runs a timer. Pause with a reason, then Finish: Mark as completed, Defer (Tomorrow, In 3 days, In a week) or Cancel the task.
• "Up next" shows the rest of today's plan, with your "N of M done" progress.

Calendar
• Plan your workday hour by hour and move between days.
• Press and hold a free slot to create a ticket for that time, or put an existing ticket on your calendar.

Tickets
• Tabs: Today, Mine and All. Search by address or type.
• Filter by status, building and flags (Emergency, Warranty, Paid), or show only overdue tickets.
• Each ticket shows its status, deadline ("Overdue by 2 days"), Executor and Assignee.

Create
• New Ticket: type the task description or dictate it by voice.
• Pick the building, or let the app find the nearest one by location; then the unit, section and floor.
• Add photos from the gallery or camera, schedule it on the calendar, mark it Emergency, Warranty or Paid, and set a deadline.

Chat
• Every ticket has two chats: one with the resident and one for staff only. The resident never sees the staff chat.
• Dictate messages, attach photos and files, or send your location.

Without internet
• Status changes and messages are saved on the phone and sync as soon as you are back online. Creating a new ticket needs a connection.

Also
• Notifications about new tickets and messages.
• Summary: your activity across organizations.
• Several organizations in one account; light and dark theme.

Access
The app is for staff only. Your organization adds you as an employee in Unitify; you accept the invite in the app.
