About this app
Homee Security is the guard-side app for societies on the Home-E-Care platform — built for gatekeepers who manage visitor entry, respond to emergencies, and patrol the premises.
WHO IT'S FOR
This app is for gatekeepers and security staff at societies already registered with Home-E-Care. Access is provisioned by your society's admin — there's no public sign-up. Log in with the username your society gave you and a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number.
GATE VERIFY
Admit any visitor or staff member with a single 6-digit code — no need to pick a type first. Scan the QR on a gate pass or type the code, and the app resolves whether it's a resident's guest or a maid/staff member automatically, showing the right details either way.
VISITOR ENTRY
Log guests, deliveries, service providers, and cabs with a few taps. Pick the building and flat, and the request goes straight to the resident for approval before the visitor is let in. Office visitors and back-office vendor visits are tracked separately from resident guests.
GATE LOG
See who's inside right now, who's visited today, and who's already left — all in one place, with overstay flags for anyone who's stayed longer than expected.
SOS / PANIC ALERTS
Every alert raised by a resident rings your phone immediately with full-screen priority, even in silent mode. Acknowledge to let the resident know help is on the way, and resolve once it's handled. A live feed shows every active alert across the society, oldest first.
REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
Flag anything unusual — a person, a vehicle, a situation — with a note and photos, straight to the society's records.
PATROL TRACKING
Start a shift and move through your checkpoint route with GPS tracking and QR check-ins at each stop, so your rounds are verifiable even if you're offline for part of the route.
STAFF ATTENDANCE & ITEM PASSES
Mark maid and staff check-in/check-out with a photo, and issue item passes for anything leaving or entering the premises.
