The app is easily navigated and set up/installation of the camera were quite easy. The photo quality is great also! The app does not move the camera when pressing the arrows. I can manually move the camera, but I don't want to do that. If my visibility field only needed to be as small as the one screen, it would be a great camera and app. However, I hoped to use it for a bigger area and be able to change the focus point, but I cannot :( If this gets changed, I'll happily change to 5 stars.

Hasn't recorded anything yet. I purchased the subscription with cloud storage. The only recording and videos currently are ones I have recorded manually. I reached out to support and sent them a screenshot. It also loads a bit slow sometimes for the live view. I have a good internet connection and don't see it happen on my doorbell camera.

Can't connect add my camera to the app at all no matter which phone i use or how many 2.4 ghz wifi i try to connect to. device will connect to wifi successfully but my app will fail to add device to it and make me restart the whole process over and over. deleting app and returning camera.
