About this app

Read PDFs on your device in one continuous vertical scroll. Swipe up or down across pages, pinch with two fingers to zoom, and double tap to switch between your two saved zoom levels.

Read without distractions. Menus are hidden by default: tap once to reveal rounded pastel-glass controls. They hide while scrolling or zooming and disappear after four seconds of inactivity. Choose Standard, Warm paper, Sage or Night colors. Night mode changes image colors too.

FIND YOUR PLACE
Search a PDF's text offline, see matching snippets and highlights, and return to your original reading place. Explore embedded chapter contents, browse page thumbnails or enter a page number. Create named bookmarks, rename them and jump back later.

MAKE PAGES EASIER TO READ
Automatically trim white margins or adjust all four margins manually, with an option to restore the original page. Turn on vertical scroll lock to reduce sideways drift while zoomed. Each document remembers its crop and lock settings.

SELECT AND MARK TEXT
Long-press real PDF text and drag the selection handles. Copy text, or choose a compatible installed app to look up or translate only your selection. Add gold, mint or lavender highlights and underlines, undo the last new mark, or use the mark list to return to a passage and remove a mark. Bookmarks and marks stay on your device; marks do not change the PDF or appear when you share the original file.

YOUR PERSONAL BOOKSHELF
Return to up to 100 recent PDFs, with a separate reading position and two zoom levels for each recent document. Use cover or list views, search titles, sort by recent opening, name or progress, and organize files with favorites and multiple collections. Favorites, collection memberships, bookmarks and marks remain when you clear recent history. Remove one or several recent records, or clear them all; original PDF files remain on your device.

OPEN FILES YOU CHOOSE
Use Android's system file picker to open PDFs in Downloads and other available folders, or use Open with from another app. Access is limited to documents you choose; access to all files is not required. Select a document again if it has moved or access was revoked.

PDF rendering, text search and contents parsing run locally. No Internet permission, advertising, analytics, account or subscription is required. Choosing an external text app passes only the selected text to that app. Text search and selection require a usable text layer: scanned images need OCR, which is not included. Password-protected documents are not supported.
