Will not let me create a password. Must have at least one upper case (check), one lower case (check), digit (check) and special character (check), plus be at least 8 characters long (check). I more than complied with their requirements. Just will not allow me to create an account.

As soon as it begins to sign me in the app crashes and closes every time. I've tried reinstalling it and running diagnostics and neither has helped. Certainly not ready for android maybe it works better on PC or apple...

We confirmed the login module is working and no crash was reported in our development console. Unfortunately, we were unable to recreate this error which means it may have been a device error. I tried submitting a claim, and during the documents uploading the "sign-in session" kicked me out due to inactivity. Also, if you're in the middle of a claim, and want to go back and add something, it erases everything and makes you start from the beginning
