Probably the most poorly designed app I've ever had to use. it's full of content that would be better on a website, and doesn't have almost anything I would need. I cant see the message I've sent for customer service or any status update. when you submit docs you cant change the file name or tell what you've already submitted. I cant access my actual policy documents. this is just generally useless. I work for a file sharing company with a properly usable client mobile app, so this is bad.

will not let me sign in with my established credentials 😔 Update: I'm very sorry 😔. The problem was with my Internet provider. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this website.

Will not let me create a password. Must have at least one upper case (check), one lower case (check), digit (check) and special character (check), plus be at least 8 characters long (check). I more than complied with their requirements. Just will not allow me to create an account.
