Probably the most poorly designed app I've ever had to use. it's full of content that would be better on a website, and doesn't have almost anything I would need. I cant see the message I've sent for customer service or any status update. when you submit docs you cant change the file name or tell what you've already submitted. I cant access my actual policy documents. this is just generally useless. I work for a file sharing company with a properly usable client mobile app, so this is bad.

The entire app page does not fit on my Samsung phone screen. I had to change settings for both fonts and screen zoom to the smallest settings in order to be able to pay my bill by hitting the pay now button on bottom of page. Also can not sign off bc it is at bottom of your page and off of my screen so option is not available.

Your devices screen zoom or font size maybe set higher than the default. The UPCIC app follows these settings for accessibility, which can cause content to appear larger and require scrolling to access options like "Log Out" and "Pay Now". For more compact view, consider adjusting your device settings or contact. AppAssist@universalproperty.com

Can't log in anymore.....keeps saying the account hasnt been activated, link sent to my email but I haven't received a link yet

We have verified the data, and login functionality is working as expected. The account has been blocked or deactivated due to multiple failed login attempts. Take these steps: Login Screen: Click on Activate option Click on Request activation code option Enter your email it will send the activation code. Enter received activation code and submit
