It's not easy to navigate. The notification/alerts won't let you change permissions to view documents. The app doesn't explain what a "Policyholder Company Name" means - personal, commercial, policyholder's place of employment, etc..? Communication via email thru the app needs to improve.

Will not let me create a password. Must have at least one upper case (check), one lower case (check), digit (check) and special character (check), plus be at least 8 characters long (check). I more than complied with their requirements. Just will not allow me to create an account.
