Ratings and reviews

Several enhancements should be made regarding recovery password process. Informing your clients regarding app issues is also fundamental ( why not use notifications...), some time ago you've disable the option to change the value of a virtual card in the app, it was working in the web page, no more now...The most important functionality for me is precisely the virtual cards, and I cannot use it, most of your competitor's have it, nowadays everybody use it has a frequent payment option

EDIT: Now you got it all wrong, COOKIE SETTINGS from inside the app? This is really bad execution. Frequent transactions are much harder to find, and there is no more any way to ask for a new credit limit for a card. This one is a shame, the old app had both resources easily available and they were taken away from the users. Do it better, much better, you are slowly going worse on every app update.

logged out of the app after the update, now it won't accept my credentials for logging in, after inserting says it's invalid, won't allow me to reset any of it and tells me to contact support by phone, phone support has no app service in the options and the virtual assistant terminated the call because I insisted to be answered by a human. this app is total garbage.
