Update: Had to update the app and now unable to login at all... Keeps a loop after receive the email, go back to password, get the SMS code and them email again. Over one hour on this terrible app. The app feels like was made by interns and AI. need constant updates and still simple actions are way too complicated to execute.

It simply cant take the photo,after multiples (15+) times trying to take a damn picture of my id I simply give up. God, why so bad, why

Absolutely not acceptable. I have called 3 times about not being able to log into my app and Absolutely NOTHING has been done. This App has continuously had problems with its login.
