This is without a doubt, the worst app I ever experienced in Google Play. For a long time when I opened it, had to authenticate the device through a process taking a few minutes. Yesterday I tried to make a payment on a store that co-owns Universo, it was refused. Called the helpline. 1st was the TPA. I was asked to try another TPA. Then was a bug and the support team would analyze. Had to pay with my debit card. No word since. Just stay away from this app and Universo, saves you a headache.

Update: Had to update the app and now unable to login at all... Keeps a loop after receive the email, go back to password, get the SMS code and them email again. Over one hour on this terrible app. The app feels like was made by interns and AI. need constant updates and still simple actions are way too complicated to execute.

Several enhancements should be made regarding recovery password process. Informing your clients regarding app issues is also fundamental ( why not use notifications...), some time ago you've disable the option to change the value of a virtual card in the app, it was working in the web page, no more now...The most important functionality for me is precisely the virtual cards, and I cannot use it, most of your competitor's have it, nowadays everybody use it has a frequent payment option
