The app is really slow to load, don't have this with any other grocery app. Then fall of 2023 got a message "Keep your phone flat" even though my phone was flat. I sent an email letting them know I could not scan. it resolved a in a few days and I could once again scan my receipts. For over 2 months I haven't been able to use the app because of the message. I've sent several messages, no resolution. I think the closer you get to cashing out $50 it stops working. So frustrated, I need the money.

Gives you a good amount of points for each receipt but keeps coming up telling me my Amazon receipts are stuck and Walmart wants me to verify my identity and I do it then it comes up again that Walmart wants to and doesn't stop when I do. Also I don't like how it opens the camera with the flash on by default because it often makes the pictures too dark and it's easy to forget that it's on my default.

Flawed Account Retrieval. Don't forget you password, and good luck with a new phone! RecieptPal's system does not send the necessary Verification Code email to reset the password or to log into the app after reinstalling! And yes, I check my Spam folder. I have about $25 in credits but since I can't log on, I just deleted the app.
