ANDROID — ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE (REQUIRED INFORMATION)
On Android, Unplugg uses Android’s AccessibilityService API so the app can detect when you open an app you’ve chosen to block or limit, including to enforce timers you configure. That lets Unplugg show your blocking screen and help you stay consistent with the rules you set.

This AccessibilityService capability is limited to enabling those digital-wellbeing blocking and time-limit features. Unplugg does not use Accessibility for remote call/audio recording. It does not change system settings without your involvement, circumvent Android privacy controls or uninstall flows, read text or messages from other apps’ screens, capture your screen contents, collect contacts or call logs, serve ads with this permission, or send accessibility-derived data off your device—in line with Unplugg’s in-app disclosure. You can revoke access anytime in Settings › Accessibility › Unplugg, or uninstall the app.

By enabling Unplugg’s accessibility service after reviewing the on-screen disclosure, you consent to this use solely for app blocking and screen-time enforcement as described.
