Ratings and reviews

It's being updated constantly during the festival, and there's an annoying popup. It needs a constant internet connection even though the festival doesn't have appropriate networking for it. The app sometimes is just offline for no apparent reason during the festival. The schedule by default is not ordered by time, it's ordered by who the organizers think is the biggest name, and if you figure out how to go to the actual schedule after midnight it shows you the next days schedule.

Untold stolen my money for check-in. Took my money two times for a single check-in. First iI successfully checked in. I got the confirmation email. I closed the app. It automatically canceled my check in. I had to do it one more time. Had to pay it again. The app it's a disaster, amazingly low quality, un intuitive, barely working. Give my money back! Disappointed

no map, not intuitive, you are being bombarded with "get passes" buttons. like, I already have a pass, calm down Untold. the app is poorly build and doesn't help you navigate the festival.plus most of the time it doesn't work
