My experience with UNU was negative. I accidentally overfilled my account, and I felt the refund policy was not fair. In my opinion, the company should improve its customer support and make refunds more transparent. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I'm surprised the customer support of this site is so bad. I applied for help 15 to 20 days back but till now no solution. The problem I am facing is also completely absurd. Even though I completed more than 96% of work successfully they suspended me saying that I complete low quality work. Moreover they also said that there are many complaints against me. So they are not allowing me to work.

No Trust in this platforme no help no support no contact e-mail non phone number... doing anything they want in any time
