Biometrics suddenly stopped working. went to the branch they say need to re-setup. i do not think it is a setup issue. the app is the problem.

Biometric login not working since March. App crashed after biometric login. Only Password login is still working. Can UOB IT guys check on this issue?

this app really sucks. the app will fail on every 5th login. it gives a blank white screen and disappears. a phone reboot brings it back. on certain options it clogs the screen with useless messages. with the government stopping issuing cheque books I find uob biz account to be totally unusable.
