Ratings and reviews

I have had increasing issues with the UOB app over the years, to the app continuously being unable to launch the digital token for verification. This is in spite of restarting the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. I'm currently stuck because I cannot validate my login online to make payments.

so many bugs... blank screen, no pop-ups sometimes. extremely frustrating to use.

Biometrics suddenly stopped working. went to the branch they say need to re-setup. i do not think it is a setup issue. the app is the problem.
