The biometrics log in doesn't work. Please fix it. From the reviews online the issue seems to be the log in and digital token. Surely UOB being one of the Singapore's top banks can get an IT team to solve this. After all, Singapore is moving towards a digital city. If the current IT team can't solve it after all the comments from the last 6 months, it's either incompetent or can't be bothered. Whatever it is, the current team should be replaced

I have had increasing issues with the UOB app over the years, to the app continuously being unable to launch the digital token for verification. This is in spite of restarting the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app. I'm currently stuck because I cannot validate my login online to make payments.

App has gotten ridiculous recently. Everyday it forgets my previous settings.Every 2 days it claims it's a new device and doesn't recognise I turned on fingerprint authentication. why even bother if you're going to reset every 2 days?
