Ratings and reviews

Suboptimal at best. No way to transfer funds between personal internal accounts (have to go to the bank). App is no longer showing detailed account information (like the NAME of the company or person the transfer went to) on transfers, only showing account numbers. Nor does it show the expense category of the transfer even though the transfer function makes you chose a category. Super unhelpful when trying to reconcile accounts and remember what a transfer was for.

UI is clean without tangled parts, huge plus for me. But incoming & outgoing transactions don't trigger any notifications both in-app (the bell icon) and outside the app. And there's nowhere to request for new cards or to manage cards. I'm on galaxy s25.

it's just awful. I used to be a Citi Bank user, and everything with their app was so smooth. But then I switched to UOB, and it's been a nightmare. I struggle every single time I use their service, whether it's the bank teller, credit card, or customer service. I can't believe a bank from Singapore can be so bad at serving its customers.
