Ratings and reviews

Very limited functionality, AI Help Bot answers almost nothing. Complete opposite of the personal banking app. I will adjust rating when issues are addressed.

not good. constantly having issues. it never allows fingerprint login, There are many issues that never get attention. I have called customer service many, many times and no one ever took care of it, most of the time they never answered there phone or returned my calls so I pretty much gave up on. when I call my local branch they tell me 8 have to call a different department, When I call that department they tell me they will have someone else call me which never happens

The app doesn't allow zelle which is one of the reason I went with the bank overall. It's also confusing on how to see transactions.
