Buinoz is a registered software that allows you to manage the most varied business processes in an integrated way. It has a comprehensive set of business modules, including sales, POS, stock management and purchasing management. The difference of Buinoz is the fact that, in addition to printing the invoice/receipt, it allows sharing via different mechanisms (email, WhatsApp, PDF, etc.).

Sales and Purchases
The Buinoz Sales and Purchasing modules are an essential tool for managing price lists and defining discounts, while allowing for the processing of VAT and the electronic submission of documents.

invoicing
The invoice area included in the Buinoz sales module allows the processing of invoices with a historical record. These records are numbered and applied to the type of document, with secure mechanisms that guarantee their sequentiality. This guarantee can be evidenced using the various document consultation reports issued.
The registration and issuance of the invoice (or equivalent document) includes all the legally required elements, according to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Mozambique of December 22, 2012, published in BR on February 29, 2012 - I Serie — Number 9.

Inventory Management
Inventory management at Buinoz is an activity that must be subject to highly rigorous criteria, promoting accurate knowledge of the assets existing in each organization. The Inventory Management module facilitates this management process, providing tools that allow, among other things, to control stocks and internal movements.

POS
With the Buinoz POS application, the over-the-counter sales process is completely streamlined, in order to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty, using features such as sales management and the creation of various statistics.
