App doesn't even work, crashes upon loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but that didn't help. Their whole ticket system is also stupid. I got a bunch of add-ons to an event and there is a separate ticket for every add-on and every person, so for two people there are 13 separate barcodes I'd have to print or show on my phone. Thought I'd download the app and maybe they would have only two barcodes i need to scan, but guess I'll never know how the app works.

So far I haven't been able to open the app. I sent logs from my phone as Feedback to the Android overlords or whomever gets that feedback. Anyways, in theory it seems like an OK app. I'll adjust my rating when I can actually see it with my eyes on my phone screen.

It always has errors and never seems to work for transactions. I did an update and tried to log in and it said I don't have internet connect even though I clearly do as I'm using other apps and submitting this review, then after that it said something went wrong try again later. At another time while doing a transaction it wouldn't process my payment so I had to get a friend to try it on his phone and finally it worked there
