Ratings and reviews

Great game, good graphics, fun levels, heaps of upgrade options. Progress is time based, like most apps, with adds or little in game bonuses in reward for patience, added along the way. Game can really speed up with 'elixir', which obviously does require payment, which I wasn't prepared to do. Again, nice way to spend a few hours, but game is clearly limited if you don't spend actual money.

Love this game. It was great to start with. Shame about the problems and then the unhelpful reply from tech support to the point I can't use my helicopter, ambulance or Space craft which means that's half game I can't play so it get boring so I might find another game to play instead. I have contacted the support staff and had no success with sorting out the problems.

It is a fun game, I like the game a lot, but patients disappear relatively often. If I close the game next time I come in I'll be missing like 3 patients, rooms where they were just empty. They always seem to send some time with the secretary as an apology after it happens, which I do appreciate as I love the secretary. It just happens too often. I also believe elixir items are pretty expensive, hard to expand with any extras without paying for them. Game also crashes when playing for an hour+
