This app is useless at this point because they won't update it so you can pay on it. The app keeps saying it's going to work ( it currently says payments in the app will work after April 19th, and it's the 23rd) this is the 3rd time they have changed the date. Go to the website to pay your bill, at least you won't have to sign in twice.

This app is about as good as AES' customer service. IT SUCKS. I couldn't tell you anything about the app because I can't even log in. The first day I downloaded the app, I couldn't even get the app to open. Now I have finally got my account connected and it keeps saying unable to verify the code that THEY gave me. If I could rate lower, I would.

I can't ever make payments on the app when your bill is available it always sends you to the website which takes forever the first and last wk of the month the payment options are always down it's only good to see the bill and the usage amount
