This app is about as good as AES' customer service. IT SUCKS. I couldn't tell you anything about the app because I can't even log in. The first day I downloaded the app, I couldn't even get the app to open. Now I have finally got my account connected and it keeps saying unable to verify the code that THEY gave me. If I could rate lower, I would.

Absolute garbage, no billing details, no "per day" use calculations, nothing. this is simply a payment portal that doesn't get updated. aes needs to take a look at the AEP app from Columbus.... I'm leaving this review at the end of January 2026, and the app is showing me my already paid bill from November of 2025....

Seems to be in a permanent "mobile app payments are not supported" mode. okay.. why even have an app then? straight up does not function, cant view anything about your account at all either
