This app is about as good as AES' customer service. IT SUCKS. I couldn't tell you anything about the app because I can't even log in. The first day I downloaded the app, I couldn't even get the app to open. Now I have finally got my account connected and it keeps saying unable to verify the code that THEY gave me. If I could rate lower, I would.

This app is useless at this point because they won't update it so you can pay on it. The app keeps saying it's going to work ( it currently says payments in the app will work after April 19th, and it's the 23rd) this is the 3rd time they have changed the date. Go to the website to pay your bill, at least you won't have to sign in twice.

Absolute garbage, no billing details, no "per day" use calculations, nothing. this is simply a payment portal that doesn't get updated. aes needs to take a look at the AEP app from Columbus.... I'm leaving this review at the end of January 2026, and the app is showing me my already paid bill from November of 2025....
