Horrible experience! I tried to reconnect various times. I was even connected and they were trying to reconnect as well. That's how they cancelled my visit two times according to the message on the screen. My cell phone, wifi, and the app is up to date. Lack of professionalism. They should have called me. At the end, I tried to reconnect and I saw a message asking me to enter a payment method so they can transfer to a more qualified assistant. Better to go a UPMC clinic.

I think this app needs some work. There's some logical issues where like if you answer "no" to being allergic to meds it still takes you to a screen to list out the meds you are allergic to. So why ask? The formatting on the insurance plan number is also wonky. My number was the same but they put a dash at the end between the last two digits. This was preventing me from submitting. I took the dash out and it was fine but most people probably won't think of that. It's also just very glitchy.

Worst experience ever with an app. Warning it doesn't support android devices. I spent over an hour waiting on a provider and when it was my turn it logged me out. Every time I logged back in and clicked to rejoin the visit it would either log me out or crash the app. I went to login on a web browser and it stated that android is not yet supported in the app. Spent an hour for absolutely nothing!
