app won't even load anymore. can't even manage to download it from the play store again. and it has terrible lag when it was running. if you wanted to see yesterday, you'd swipe and it would land on 3 days before. over all a terrible experience. wish our restaurant had a better service. just because you run a program doesn't mean it's a good program and there has been zero positive response to criticism and use feedback. get it together

Literally unusable. This app (and the upserve pos in general) wasn't great before, but over the past 3 days all i get our a white screen when i try to access the app. Terrible. The back end of the pos is seriously the worst I've ever worked with. I regret SO MUCH signing on with upserve...if you are looking for a new pos, run away from Upserve...fast!

Used to work intermittently but now it's just a white screen, doesn't load, I've uninstalled and re-installed, turned my phone off and on, nothing works.......whomever designed this app should resign immediately and let someone who knows what they're doing create a usable version.
