A repair order was completed in record time ... great response! I have two missing signs according to their inventory. It appears they were nit checked into the inventory once picked up. Also cannot order new installations. How do I contact?

Unhappy with the inability to speak with Falcon signs. Poor customer service. No/wrong pricing info until after order is placed. The folks at UpSignDown app are great! I am so impressed by this app company and their customer is tops!

The design is very straight forward and user friendly. Just need to add more features like removing/adding directionals and lockboxes which I hope to be added in the next software update. But overall, it is great app!
