Collaborative supervision refers to mentoring, coaching and motivating ICDS staff engaged in nutrition and health programs to better serve them and ensure quality enhancement in their work. Collaborative supervision can be helpful in improving the quality of services provided by Anganwadi workers thereby increasing the beneficiary's consumption of services and strengthening the overall supervision system. Sahyog (Collaborative Supervision) App is developed by Alive & Thrive under the aegis of ICDS Directorate, Uttar Pradesh to improve the coverage and quality of nutrition services to all eligible beneficiaries under ICDS.
What is Collaborative Supervision (Sahyog) App?
Sahyog (Collaborative Supervision) App is a simple, easy to use, paperless, mobile based user friendly app. This app has been developed to help the Supervisory Cadres (Maukhya Sevika and CDPO) of ICDS to perform various tasks and make collaborative supervision effective and easy.

The app helps the supervisors to plan their visits so that the supervisors can visit all the Anganwadi centers in a common way without missing
