How did you manage to make things worse. This bank update is God awful. No one can be reached over the phone either. The mobile banking doesn't even show transactions before February 3rd. I can't view past loan payments made or anything.

The App layout is way worse than the previous it's like they went back in time.Also they took away Zelle now it has person to person that takes over a day to send money if it is accepted, it's a big hassle. 👎🏻
