The Almighty Allah has commanded believers to mention His Beautiful Names in dua (prayers), because no one can praise Allah better than He has praised Himself. In the Noble Quran, it is said: "To Allah belong the most beautiful names, so call on Him by them" (Surah 7, Al-A'raf, Ayat 180). Imam al-Bukhari narrated a hadith that states that whoever learns the 99 names of Allah will enter Paradise.
