About this app

Upswipe is a photo cleaner you use with one thumb. Your gallery comes up one photo at a time: swipe one way to bin it, the other way to keep it, up to decide later. A whole month of camera roll takes a few minutes, and your phone storage comes back.

A PHOTO CLEANER THAT NEVER DELETES BY ACCIDENT
Binned photos wait in Upswipe's own bin until you empty it. When you do, Android asks you to confirm, and on Android 11 and later the photos go to your phone's trash, where they stay for 30 days before they are gone for good. Shake your phone to undo the last swipe.

DUPLICATE AND SIMILAR PHOTOS BECOME ONE CARD
Ten near-identical shots of the same moment arrive as a single card. Untick the extras and swipe once. Upswipe suggests the sharpest frame, but it never deletes anything you did not choose.

SMART DECKS FOR THE PHOTOS THAT FILL YOUR STORAGE
• Similar shots: bursts and duplicate photos, grouped
• Biggest first: the largest photos and videos on your phone
• Screenshots: old screenshots you no longer need
• Blurry: out-of-focus photos, found on your phone
• On This Day: photos from this date in past years
Or open any month from the Library and clean up your camera roll one month at a time.

SEE WHAT YOU FREED
The freed counter moves only after photos are actually removed, never when you merely swipe. Your stats show what you kept, what you deleted and your daily streak, with one optional reminder a day.

YOUR PHOTOS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
No account and no sign-in. No ads. Photos are read on your phone and never uploaded; Upswipe has no server to upload them to. Blur and similarity checks run on the device.

FREE AND PRO
Free: 10 swipes a day, every smart deck included.
Upswipe Pro: unlimited swipes. Pay once for lifetime, or subscribe yearly. The yearly plan renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play.

Upswipe is the photo cleaner that keeps you in charge: clean up your gallery, delete duplicate and blurry photos and old screenshots, and free up space on your phone, one swipe at a time.
