Ratings and reviews

I would have given zero if I could. Probably the worst app which never works on any given day. As soon as you install and open the app, it asks for your location and it says the location is non-deliverable even if you type any metro cities in India. Don't know where these morons are delivering their services. The app doesn't even let you see the menu & I'm still struggling to understand how these people are running their business without going bankrupt with this non-functioning application.

very disheartening experience. only the photos are wow. I ordered twice chicken n Mutton pieces and received spoilt meat. then have to struggle to get my money back. it's been more than 27 days now and am still waiting for my money. The point is we rider online to save time of going to market; and when we receive spoilt meat; it's very very annoying. and to top it the struggle to get my refund is sooooo tiresome. am not sure if I will even get it anymore.

looks like all items are frozen although some items do not mention it in description but I received frozen item assuming it to be fresh since it was not mentioned in description. self life is mentioned as 4 days in description but item was packed a month before & frozen. this is misleading & not acceptable practice.
