Decent food, price could be a bit better, but it's good for what it is. 2 stars for the app and experience. Zero customer service every time I pick it up, as if they're doing me a favor being there. The app doesn't notify or sync with desktop orders. Orders are BURIED in the app, mixed up, and no date. I have to manually check every week. It's pitiful how poor the experience is. As soon as there's a nearby replacement in OC, I'll swap. Corporate, CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS EVERYTHING these days.

Terrible app! Everytime I order using the app,I run into a problem of some sort. My last order of 3 plates only accounted for 2 of the 3 plates I added to my cart. Upon arrival for pickup, my one plate was just not included. Yes, if you ask, I most certainly added it to my cart! I saw it get added! The stupid app just removed it and I didn't notice when praying. The app has glitches other times a well and there used to be a place where you indicate an allergy, but that's no longer available!

Android app is especially terrible now. Going to cancel plate pass due to never ordering or going anymore one of the top reasons it never shows the Brussels sprouts as a side anymore despite when calling locations they always have available. App is slow, frustrating, and out of date. Definitely losing a chunk of business from people like us.
