Since 25th July 2025, I have been facing major issues with urban point app... I am not able to search easily for a particular restaurant... it is impossible to go to search...I will appreciate it if a Team member can contact n help me with my concern... very inconvenienced! Rita D'Souza

this was a good app, now on weekends it doesn't show restaurants or open coupons. I thought this will be a short term issue due to capacity, but its been two weeks and we can't use it on weekends especially evenings. I opened a ticket and didn't get a reply. terrible and unfortunate
