I can't open the app....not receive any Sms for access.....please contact me and resolve the issue with app accesss SMS

this was a good app, now on weekends it doesn't show restaurants or open coupons. I thought this will be a short term issue due to capacity, but its been two weeks and we can't use it on weekends especially evenings. I opened a ticket and didn't get a reply. terrible and unfortunate

Most of the food outlets do not even know what Urban Points is. After showing them the app and telling them off the offers, they all tell us that these offers are about 8 months old. Not sure what the monthly payment is for of nothing works and nobody knows about it.
