I can't open the app....not receive any Sms for access.....please contact me and resolve the issue with app accesss SMS

this was a good app, now on weekends it doesn't show restaurants or open coupons. I thought this will be a short term issue due to capacity, but its been two weeks and we can't use it on weekends especially evenings. I opened a ticket and didn't get a reply. terrible and unfortunate

i purchase for a 1 month subscription activation however my urban point application is not activated however i was deducted, its useless and customer service is not answering.
