I followed the instruction to lock the bike. It asked to wait for a confirmation in the app even after the bike was physically locked. I waited for 5+ minutes with the app opened and nothing happened. Closing and reopening the app does not help, it hangs on the locking screen and one can't do anything, even cannot see the support contact number to ask for help. Only after 10-15 minutes if I reopen the app again I can see that the bike is returned. Very unpleasant experience.

UPD: thank you for the report and sorry for unpleasant experience during your last trip. It seems that your phone did not get an update from server about ended trip after 11 seconds from asking you to lock the bike physically. Probably connectivity issue. Let us know if it happens more often, in the meantime we will continue improving app quality.
