Mevo is the bikesharing service offered. A real public transport service that can be used for all your journeys. The fleet is composed of several hundred mechanical bikes. Use the application to find the nearest station, choose your subscription and unlock the bike of your choice by scanning its QR Code. You can ride for up to two consecutive hours. I followed the instruction to lock the bike. It asked to wait for a confirmation in the app even after the bike was physically locked. I waited for 5+ minutes with the app opened and nothing happened. Closing and reopening the app does not help, it hangs on the locking screen and one can't do anything, even cannot see the support contact number to ask for help. Only after 10-15 minutes if I reopen the app again I can see that the bike is returned. Very unpleasant experience.

UPD: thank you for the report and sorry for unpleasant experience during your last trip. It seems that your phone did not get an update from server about ended trip after 11 seconds from asking you to lock the bike physically. Probably connectivity issue. Let us know if it happens more often, in the meantime we will continue improving app quality.

I'm not able to change subscription from 'Pay as you go' to monthly subscription. The app should have an option to cancel current subscription and buy a new one. Thanks

Mevo is a scam. When you buy a subscription you are still forced to fill your wallet with money. They never state this during the purchase.

This was a requirement from local authorities during launch, to have both payment card and wallet. If you want simpler flow - please request via customer support. More requests - more chances that overall payment flow will be more straightforward.
