Ratings and reviews

Though I am not in need to edit my profile, but I didn't found any option to edit the profile details (such as mobile number, if some one wants to change, or any spelling mistake to be correct in name or address) in the app, otherwise the app seems good while using first time. S.K.Agrawal April 25- The app couldn't update the payment made, even after 8 days. Very poor experience!

Very user friendly app. I have never found a single technical glitch ever. Kudos to the developers. Well initially I was happy. But now I realised that it is only good for payment. I had raised a request for disconnection and the application did not go through. But there was no message and no status update after that. Now I have to pay more amount with surcharge...all because I thought that what can go wrong in permanent disconnection. Apparently a lot.

Good well curated app. But unfortunately the site is too slow, documents cannot be downloaded, it says your internet is too slow, I dont know if we have any connection faster than 5G, if yes kindly share details we ll get the same internet connection too. tried almost 9-10 times. disappointed
