Ever tapped a link and had it open in the wrong browser? URL Router quietly fixes that for you.

You set simple rules once — for example, "always open YouTube links in Firefox" — and from then on every link goes exactly where you want it, automatically. No pop-ups, no extra taps, no fuss. When a link matches one of your rules, it just opens in the right browser and URL Router steps out of the way.

And when a link doesn't match any rule? A clean little chooser slides up so you can pick a browser yourself — and if you like, you can turn that choice into a rule with a single long-press.

This is the important part: URL Router does everything on your device and nothing anywhere else.

★ WHAT YOU CAN DO ★

• Route links by website name, wildcard (like *.example.com), address prefix, a word the link contains, or an advanced pattern (regex) if you want fine control
• Pick a default browser for everything that doesn't match a rule, so the chooser never gets in your way
• Long-press any browser in the chooser to instantly create a rule for that site
• Turn browsers on or off and drag them into the order you like
• Rescan any time to pick up newly installed browsers

★ MAKE THE CHOOSER YOUR OWN ★

The pop-up chooser is fully customisable, with a live preview so you can see changes as you make them:

• Grid or list layout
• Show or hide browser icons and names, and adjust their size
• Left, centre, or right alignment
• Move it up from the bottom of the screen wherever it feels comfortable
• Choose any background colour with a full colour picker, including transparency
• Round the corners, tweak padding and spacing — right down to the details

★ HANDY EXTRAS ★

• Import and Export — back up all your rules and settings to a file and restore them any time, or move them to a new phone
• Diagnostics — paste any link to see exactly which rule would catch it and which browser would open it, so you always know what's going on
• Stays out of sight — URL Router disappears after doing its job and never clutters your recent-apps screen

★ GETTING STARTED (takes a minute) ★

1. Install URL Router
2. Go to Settings → Apps → Default apps → Browser and choose URL Router
3. Open the app, let it find your installed browsers, and add a rule or two

That's it. From then on, your links simply land where they belong.

Requires Android 8.0 or newer and at least one browser installed.
