Fluffle Forge is a portrait merge-and-craft game set in a warm plush-fantasy workshop.

Tap the supply basket to collect Fluff Tufts. Drag matching materials together to turn fluff into thread, thread into fabric, and fabric into equipment for the current order. Finish a craft, deliver it to the waiting adventurer, and move on to the next request.

Complete three orders before workshop satisfaction runs out. Each order has a countdown, and each missed deadline costs one heart. Earn in-game coins by delivering the Cloudcap, Moonboots, and Starshield.

Forgepop can instantly finish an active craft. Saved Forgepop stock carries between sessions. The optional rewarded-video offer adds one Forgepop, while the Play button remains available without watching an ad.
