The mobile application is designed to control the process of pipeline welding by filling out electronic checkpoints for each welded joint and writing notes if it does not meet the conditions.
The application records the parameters of welded joints such as width, reinforcement, undercut, marking, compliance with the requirements of the technological map, storage conditions for welding materials, the presence of furnaces, thermal cases, their use, compliance with the welding regime, cleaning from slag and splashes.
Recording these parameters in the future will help determine the cause of defects (under what conditions it occurred) and thereby reduce their reoccurrence.
