Ratings and reviews

Single Digits need to provide a functioning app. This applications only purpose is to generate a security code the other features are unavailable. Customer support for single digits doesn't know how their own app works. Tried calling about my connections latency and viewing connected devices and customer support wouldn't listen to me. They were asking me to select icons that weren't on the application until they realized and asked me to repeat myself multiple times.

Single handedly the dumbest implementation you could have ever done to the WiFi. The fact I have to disconnect and find the MAC address for small things like my Chromecast and other devices is just awful. A simple solution to too many devices is to have a wifi network with and without a password. One for guest the other for residents and then reset each one at the end of a lease period or something. Idk just not this. I might as well start paying for my own internet with how garbage this is.

The app barely functions and even unable to tap on the help section. The internet is slow and my internet goes out at least twice a week for 15 minutes or more. I honestly hate that my building forces us to gave such unreliable internet service.
