App has many bugs. also they delaying packages 2-4 weeks to deliver from USA to Georgia. terrible support service

Basically they do nothing for your money. I've applied my TaxID, invoice, other documents, but they can't even write how-to instruction with screenshots and examples to pass customs successfully. Spent several days already to somehow pay for customs (it is NOT CLEAR!!), parcel still not cleared, and they just send same emails again and again and again). Guys, have you tried to work a bit? At least to the point that your customers will understand what to do step by step?

It's simple. This company are all criminals! I joke you not! They will steal your parcels cost you money and time and then lie and blame you!! I am in the process of dealing with the police with a criminal complaint about this company! 1- If you are a foreigner do not use this service! 2- even if you have used this service before like me, then stop! 3- I warn you now that they will not deliver your parcels, repeatedly ask for your passport, and blame you for not sending it when you have already
