The app is junk, half the functions don't work and there are even times when the little that does work stops functioning. Can't make payments, the confirm button only works half of the time. It's pretty much just an over glorified appointment viewer because it doesn't let you do anything else. This has been going on for a long time now and I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon. The bright side is that the clinic staff is friendly which goes a long way.

Dr. James Riley and staff was amazing, communicative, patience, and helpful. There wasn't anything question he wouldn't answer and explain. He really cared about his patients. The exam rooms are spacious and clean. The 86th st office of Brooklyn is relatively easy to access by public transportation. The B3 connects to buses and (Q, N, F, D) 4 trains along Ave U. Parking is challenging yet can b found.

Your app is very deceiving your customer service hangs up on potential customers. You can't clear out your personal information? You're customer service don't know how to clear out your information and hangs up on you!!! It's just a scam !!!! Clear out my information because I uninstalled the app. This app is just not worth the time...scammers ...
