Ratings and reviews

It somehow became worse. Options in the menu are too small for phones. Most options load a webpage. Clicking a menu option doesn't close the menu. There's a space wasting giant banner on the homepage that brings you to USBC's website. Casting doesn't work. It takes forever to load. Users need to click on the title of a video for that video to load, instead of being able to click on the screenshot. This is a perfect app for a case study on how not to build an app.

For being the only place you can stream qualifying rounds and match play, there is like the absolute bare minimum of effort put into the service and interface. It's a nightmare to navigate, and information and labeling is horrible. It's something I want to work well so bad, but sadly, I'm most likely not renewing when my membership is up. What a shame.

I've had to remove this app and reinstall twice to get it to work right after it would stop working. Now I can't get signed back in. Says error loading discovery document. So now I can't even finish watching the live event. I just changed my raton to one star because it is now 2024 and this app is still frustrating. Can't get it open, can't get it closed, or it stops working on its own. Trying to watch the first tournament of the year and can't even open it up. This is not a cheap app either. 😐
