Ratings and reviews

keeps telling me to rate an address with stars, it's acting like a pop up that won't stay closed and opens up every time I want to check my pick up points address. I can't even rate them in stars to see if it goes away, that part is unresponsive.

The App keeps popping up store review even if you did it or you choose to close it. You can never access the store details because of this annoying review pop-up. And when you close it or complete it for the thousand time it will force you to go to settings tab. It's like a loop. You try again to access the store and addresses, the review pop-up comes again! You close it, you go to settings.

Finding this service was a stroke of luck for me, as I was travelling and needed to receive a few shipments. The app notifications work well and all the shipments arrived safely at the pickup location. There is still room for improvement in customer service response times. The staff at the pickup location was great. Very helpful and responsive.
