Ratings and reviews

app does not run with no signal and that is a HUGE issue for people delivering in the Appalachian mountains. before the update it would allow you to add photos from gallery so that you can continue route. now you have to go back into signal which is causing major issues and makes me not want to work with it. they give 2 hrs more of a route then they are supposed to and to top it off they are making the route longer which waste my time and time is money for me. I don't like my money being wasted

I get notifications that there is a new delivery posted, as soon as I tap into it nothing is there. this has happened on numerous occasions and it makes me wonder if I was the only one experiencing this? there are times when it does show that there's an order and I can tap into it and there is an order there. you're very frustrating because I feel like ever since I started using this particular app I've gotten less orders through my delivery company. can any developer speak to this issue??

Still not receiving any notifications on Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra Android. All settings active. Have Uninstalled and Reinstalled. Has not fixed issue. Using app for Red Wagon Deliveries.
