Paylo Staff is the shop-floor app for a store's team. It turns your own phone into the tool you pick with. No browsing, no feeds. Just the next order and what it takes to get it out the door.

It is built for Paylo merchants. A manager adds your phone number in Paylo Business, a code arrives, and you are in. Your role and your stores follow your sign-in wherever you work.

YOUR FULFILMENT QUEUE
Paid online orders line up oldest-first, the ones due soonest at the top. Claim one and it is yours to pick. You never see the customer's name or the order total. You see what to gather and where it is on the shelf.

SCAN, SEAL, HAND OFF
Scan each item's barcode to mark it picked. Items without a code you check off by hand. When everything is gathered, photograph the open bag, seal it, and it is ready for the rider. That chain of scans and photos becomes the record that settles any dispute for you.

LOOK UP ANY PRODUCT
Search by name or scan a barcode to see a product's price and live stock in your store, without leaving the floor.

FOR MANAGERS: STOCK AND TEAM
Correct a stock count in a couple of taps. Every change is logged under your name with the old and new value. Review the team's pending approvals and a live activity feed of who picked, sealed, and adjusted what.

WORKS WHERE THE SIGNAL DOESN'T
Supermarket aisles eat phone signal. Keep scanning and sealing anyway: every update queues on your phone and sends itself the moment you are back online.

ONE LOGIN, NOBODY'S PASSWORD
Your sign-in is yours alone, tied to your phone number, not to the device. Sign in on any phone. Sign out and it holds nothing. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Paylo Staff needs an invitation from a store on Paylo Business. Ask your manager to add your number under Team and Devices.
