Userfeel.com provides remote usability testing on desktop, mobiles and tablet. This app is used by the testers in order to record the usability test.

The app records the tester's screen and voice as he performs the test and uploads the generated video back to the userfeel.com server.

⚠️ APP PERMISSIONS:
Our app requires a few special permissions to function properly. Each permission we request is essential to protect your privacy and enhance your overall experience. Here are some of the permissions and the reason we need them:
Screen capture permission: Is needed to capture your screen ONLY during a test. This permission is granted every time before sharing your screen.
Microphone access permission: Is needed to capture your speaking during the test. This permission can be granted once, or per testing bases. In newer versions of Android you can ensure we ONLY use the microphone during a recording.
File Access permission: Is needed to store the audio/video recording and if the automatic upload fails you can easily access the files manually and send them back to us. Some other apps only write to the Media folder, but we need to send back the file and upload it, that is why we also need the read access. Otherwise you have to manually upload the recorded file after each test.
Phone and contact permissions: are required to automatically pause the audio/video capture to protect your privacy. If we don't have permission to phone/contacts we won't be able to stop the recording if someone call you.

App worked for a long time. I took a paid test about 6 months ago, and sometime after that the app has had an error every since then after completing. I'm logged in, see my name at the top, I know there are mobile tests available (I get emails) but all I see on the page when open the app is "error" and a bunch of code. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, no help.

Very unusual and non-sense app. When you want to work and open the app, it requires to give so many irrelevant permissions and access which doesn't make sense. But even though you give all access and permissions, still don't give you work. I received two or three sites to work.

Love the feel of it, the touch/respond rate is perfecto, soft & smooth. 3 stars for login page interface colours. The red black white colours are members of old school. Add some more graphic decors to give an impression of how much time, effort and intellect has been put to it. Yep, try different colors tho 🤭🤔
