At first I did have trouble uploading a video needed to complete test. I'm giving this app 5 ⭐ because customer service was quick to reply, and helped me resolve issues. While I've not been able to qualify for all userfeels screeners I was able to qualify/complete one test. Customer service guided me how to cash out my rewarded payment in userfeels wallet to my PayPal wallet. The transfer went very smoothly and I was paid actually instantly. that's why I'm giving app five stars.

At first I received tests but as soon as there was an issue with the app I stopped getting invites. I tried asking for their help but they just said to delete and reinstall the app. It's working now but I haven't received anything for over 2 years.

The app design has not much, only 1 page for "available test" + 1 button to log out. - I would like to be able to see the status of the studies I completed (pending, rejected, paid). I have no way to contact you after my test is done, I can't even give a the reference # of the study. - The app also shall have a "help" button to contact customer service. - I sent an email to the customer service, didn't get any answer. - Only 1 test available in 2 weeks: too few. Is it legit app or what?
